Southern Cross Housing Ltd is a not for profit community housing provider. Our housing portfolio offers supportive housing for seniors, people with disabilities and individuals with a persistent mental health disorder.

We currently manage over 120 rental units and we are growing. To assist our tenants to live independently we match the tenant to the home and the tenants required amenities and support network. Rent is calculated at 25% of the household income plus your entitled Commonwealth Rent Assistance.

As a registered Growth Provider, Southern Cross Housing Ltd is working in partnership with the Dept of Housing to provide a home for those West Australians who are on fixed, low and middle incomes; and registered on the Dept of Housing Wait List. Bond loans are available through the Dept of Housing and we can assist tenants in completing and submitting their loan application form.

“We just couldn’t believe it when we got the phone call from Southern Cross Housing offering us a unit. We had been on the wait list for years living in a caravan park, basically we were homeless. Honestly we still pinch ourselves because it’s like a dream come true.”
