Scope of Position

The CAC Chair will effectively chair quarterly CAC and lead discussions with our consumer advisors as we develop the organisation’s consumer engagement plan.  They will participate as the consumer representative in monthly CSGC meetings, bringing insight and ideas to help SCC(WA) improve our service delivery.
