Southern Cross Care (WA) offers a broad range of mental health support services for adults aged between 18 and 65 who have a diagnosed mental illness or are experiencing mental health concerns.
Our mental health services are focused on enabling our clients to live a meaningful life.
We focus on the client’s strengths and goals to help them overcome challenges in their journey, enabling them to live a full life.
Our mental health support services are underpinned by the principles of the recovery framework, which ensures a person-centred approach towards service delivery, providing choice and control for individuals.
Our Mental Health Recovery Partners work alongside clients to develop a recovery plan based on their goals and needs. We focus on what people can do rather than what they cannot.
Our services include Community Options (residential mental health support), Community Mental Health, and Family and Carer Support.
