International Women’s Day is about celebrating women’s achievements and advocating for women’s inclusion and equity. The theme this year is Inspire Inclusion.
At SCC (WA), we Inspire Inclusion every day by working to create an environment that celebrates inclusion and recognises the unique contributions each person brings to our community. Through awareness, flexible working options, and focusing on growth and leadership, we strive to ensure everyone feels appreciated and empowered to grow their careers.
As we celebrate International Women’s Day, we shine a spotlight on the extraordinary women who are not just part of our organisation but are pivotal in shaping it. We are proud to have strong female representation in senior leadership and management positions, bringing different perspectives and ensuring our organisation reflects a true balance with equal representation at every level.
Our ongoing efforts to achieve a more inclusive, equitable workplace are shaped by everyone’s voices and experiences. We recognise there is still work to do, so we are launching a new Workforce Strategy to expand our Diversity and Inclusion Policy and activities.
